Parkview Health is a free app designed to enhance the patient journey for residents of northeast Indiana and northwest Ohio. This lifestyle app connects you with a variety of helpful tools to improve your health and well-being. With Parkview Health, you can easily start a video visit, schedule a new patient appointment with a primary care provider, and access your Parkview MyChart account.
The app also features Find Your Way, which provides driving directions to a Parkview location and step-by-step wayfinding around the Parkview Regional Medical Center campus. It also includes Find a Doctor and Schedule an Appointment, which helps you find a new primary care provider close to you and schedule your first appointment. Emergency Care lets you find an ER location near you, view current wait times and let the hospital know you are on your way. Plus, with Parkview OnDemand, you can get 24/7 access to care with a provider from your computer, tablet, or smartphone.
Parkview Health also offers eVisit, which allows you to receive a personalized treatment plan with a symptom-based questionnaire in MyChart. FirstCare Walk-in Clinic provides care for minor illnesses and injuries with convenient hours and locations. And lastly, Parkview Ortho Express is a specialized walk-in clinic that offers diagnostic imaging for orthopedic and sports-related injuries.
